Akshaya Patra Hubbali Kitchen visited by Canadian Counsel General

The visit by Canadian Counsel General, Sidney Frank and Specialist, Doleh to Akshaya Patra Hubbali kitchen is the one of the significant latest NGO news. The representatives of the Akshaya Patra Hubbali provided a guided tour of the kitchen premises to the noted dignitaries. They also provided an overview of the kitchen operations that is undertaken in providing food for children in the form of mid-day meals. Both the dignitaries were appreciative of Akshaya Patra’s cause of providing food for children thereby working towards ending child hunger. The latest NGO news captures Frank’s words of appreciation as he stated that he was impressed with the dedication and efficiency of the team in carrying forward a truly remarkable mission of feeding children.

Akshaya Patra Hubli Kitchen

Akshaya Patra Hubli is one of the third generation kitchens of The Akshaya Patra Foundation. It was established in July 2004. A centralised kitchen, it currently provides mid-day meal to 126,693 children across 789 government schools, each day.
