One of the latest Akshaya Patra news covered the visit of CA. K. Raghu, President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) along with his family and friends to The Akshaya Patra Foundation, Bangalore. CA. K. Raghu is an expert in information technology and is considered as a mentor for next generation chartered accountants. During the visit, he also invited Akshaya Patra to be a part of a forthcoming three day international conference scheduled to be held at the end of January.
Akshaya Patra is a non-profit organization in India and is the recipient of ICAI’s Gold Shield award for Excellence in Financial Reporting for five consecutive years. Following this, Akshaya Patra has become the only non-profit organization in India to have entered the ICAI Hall of Fame.
CA. K Raghu’s visit to Akshaya Patra was indeed overwhelming.
