Hyatt Place Hampi awarded The Akshaya Patra Foundation with a USD $15,000 on #GivingTuesday that was celebrated on 2nd December 2014. This contribution was a part of Hyatt Community Grants. Hyatt Community Grants is the philanthropic branch of Hyatt Thrive, the company's global corporate responsibility programme that encourages Hyatt colleagues to be involved in charity. By participating in Akshaya Patra event this contribution was an aid to Akshaya Patra’s cause.
The grant was presented to Akshaya Patra representatives by General Manager - Sameeth Guha, Executive Chef - Debasish Shah and HR Manager - Kanika Mehra of the Hyatt Place Hampi. By participating in this Akshaya Patra event, Hyatt Place Hampi has contributed towards the betterment of millions of children. Akshaya Patra wholeheartedly thanks the entire team of Hyatt for this significant involvement.
